About Karen Burkhart

My life’s passion and purpose is to be of service to women who want to become empowered to alter the course of their lives.

 

I am a speaker, aspiring author, teacher and a certified life coach. I offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking and coaching that promote personal and professional growth through the study and practical implementation of proven methods.

 

It was only through my experience of living through a dysfunctional family life with an alcoholic parent when growing up that I recognized later in life that those experiences where blocking me from what I really wanted to experience in life.

 

By teaching individuals and groups of women to develop a healthier and happier lifestyle, I am able help others recognize and acknowledge past obstacles and barriers that are holding them back from living a more fulfilled meaningful life.

 

Once these barriers to success are identified, I am then able to help implement methods to begin the healing process and to start achieving what they most want in life.

 

Using my coaching skills, I work to encourage individuals, teams and organizations to strive for a desired direction in life and to set and reach attainable personal and professional goals.

 

With the help and motivation of a team of mentors including Paul Martinelli, Les Brown and John Maxwell, I am equipped with the tools, experience, and resources to make a positive difference in your life.
